ABOUT US

MAKARONA is a food processing plant located in the city of Mi Granja, province of Córdoba, Argentine Republic, that manufactures dry pasta using flour of different high-quality legumes that grow in our country.

Our products have a high content of proteins and fiber and they contain no trans fat or cholesterol (as all products of the same type). Our products are made with ingredients that naturally do not contain gluten. Besides, our quality system ensures that people with celiac disease and those that are allergic to wheat, oat, barley, and rye can consume our products.

Our certifications:

Made in Córdoba.

Kosher/Pareve Certification of all our products. Some can be consumed during Passover.

HACCP Certification according to Codex Alimentarius FAO/OMS CAC/RCP 1-1969, Rev. 4 (2003) and Annex (HACCP) for our business line of 250 gram-presentation.
